ORDERING

Shopping online at www.matterofstuff.com is a fast and secure process.

Once you have found a product that you wish to buy, just click on the ‘Add to Cart’ icon to add it to your order (You can verify the items in your order at any time throughout your shopping session by clicking the ‘Shopping Bag’ link). You will not have committed to buy and you can still cancel the order at this point.

Should you wish to amend your selection, simply click on the ‘X’ icon by the product you do not require in the ‘View Cart’ page, the page will then automatically refresh itself. To continue shopping, navigate through the Shop and to complete your purchases, click on the ‘Checkout’ icon.

Your credit card, debit card or Paypal details will be required together with confirmation of the delivery address. Matter of Stuff Ltd. operates through Paypal Express, the most secure checkout terminal available. Matter of Stuff Ltd. currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Paypal and Bank Transfer payments (please note the latter are only accepted in £GBP).

Once you have successfully placed an order you will be sent an email confirming receipt, your order number and the details of your order. Your order represents an offer by you to purchase goods from us.

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to check receipt of the confirmatory email and notify us immediately of any errors at  info@matterofstuff.com

Once we have received the order we will notify our supplier, who will then either send the item to production – if the item is made to order – or, if in stock, directly ship it to you.

A follow up email will be sent once the order has been approved by our supplier, and it is only at this point, when your offer is accepted, that we are duty-bound to fulfil it and a contract is formed between you and the supplier. Please be aware that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once the confirmation of the order has been sent. If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

Should you need to change your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us for advice on info@matterofstuff.com, quoting your order number. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the instructions under our ‘Terms of Sale’.

Please note that due to the nature of the products we sell, in many cases they cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged, including all made to order items. Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we are unable to refund or offer an exchange. We are also unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless the item has not been sent to production. This does not affect your statutory rights.
