Stemming from an original floor lamp designed by Edward Armitage in 1952, the entire Armitage Lamp collection features black walnut and durable shade material from recycled water bottles, supported by a solid brass ring.
The Armitage Desk Lamp is a task light which stands on a desk or table and illuminates the surface below as well as creating secondary light around it. The lamp shares the same tripod structure as its larger cousin, however the pole leans forward and the shade opens at the bottom to focus light downwards. The shade can be rotated to cast light on specific areas below it.
Comes with a LED bulb and inline rotary dimmer.
The lamp is handmade in London, UK.
