Metaphysical atmosphere, soft colors, elegant lines. Personal interpretation of the Renaissance studies conducted on the geometric construction of the utopian cities, “The ideal cities” project deliberately renounces to using the perspective and the illusional third dimension, to commit to the two-dimension structure typical of the Byzantine and pre-Giotto paintings. The result is a domestic fresco of a nearly suspended urban landscape.
