Phenomena Cone Pendant Lamp

Transient images of the eternal. The collection was inspired by simple shapes: a circle, a triangle, a rectangle and an oval. The term phenomenon comes from the Greek word for “appearance”. The forms are what you see on first sight. In Plato’s idealist philosophy, phenomena are transient, likenesses of the eternal, perfect Forms and so are not truly real. This seems very fitting for a collection made in a material that is so difficult yet versatile, so strong yet fragile as glass. The glass parts of Phenomena are mouth-blown thus the intensity of colour and gradient may slightly vary. Various dimming systems available: dimmable with TRIAC; on demand dimmable with DALI, RF/WIFI, for information on dimming with other systems please enquire. Standard cable length 2,5 m, additional length is possible for an extra charge.

The clear version is made from pure crystal glass, while cigar and amber are produced from solid-color crystal. Each piece is original, thanks to the hand-cutting process. The clear and amber versions are cut using a diamond pattern, cigar is decorated with a curved geometric design. All Bomma products are hand-made from mouth-blown lead-free crystal. Therefore any small bubbles and irregularities in the glass are both a proof and a characteristic feature of this traditional craft. The price of Metamorphosis Chandelier 6 includes canopy with your choice of finish, transformer and electric connections, with six glass pendants: two large in amber and cigar, and four small in clear, amber and cigar.
