Temù Stool

A modular solid wood stool. Substantially, the idea behind this project is to create a stool using only the technique of wood turning. The structure consists of a single element. (A circular head in which a cylindrical beech rod is inserted at the center) The combination of three of these parts generates a novel trefoil seating system that is surprisingly comfortable and effective. Temù is suitable for the kitchen snack bar or for cafe counters.

Meta Stool - Meta is a family of stackable seats (chair, high and low stools) for indoor and outdoor use, entirely in coated aluminum. Based on the manufacturing process of the bodywork of racing cars in the past, through the use of metal rivets the Meta collection was developed specifically for a restaurant inside the complex of an automotive museum. The design challenge was to make a chair totally in aluminum, without the costly deep-drawing dies called for by industrial production. The profile of the aluminum sheet adapts to the selected method of construction: the design of the back permits the bending of the support by hand, while the seat is curved to follow the form of the load-bearing structure below. | Arteficius
